Terms of Service for BizNest

Welcome to BizNest (“BizNest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BizNest website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By creating an account, submitting a business listing, or otherwise accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on that entity’s behalf and bind them to these Terms.
  2. Description of Services
    BizNest is a business discovery platform that allows users to find, review, and connect with businesses in Northern Cyprus. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

A searchable directory of businesses
User-generated reviews and ratings
Business profiles with detailed information
Mobile applications for on-the-go access
Analytics and insights for business owners

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time, with or without notice to you.

  1. User Accounts
    To access certain features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  2. Business Listings and Content
    Business owners may create and manage their business listings on our platform. By submitting a business listing, you grant BizNest a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in any media. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant us this license for any content you submit.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of the information you provide in your business listing. We reserve the right to remove any listing that we believe, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise inappropriate.

  1. Verification Badge
    BizNest may offer a “Verification Badge” for businesses that complete our verification process. This process may require you to submit official business documentation, such as business registration certificates, licenses, or other proof of legal operation. By submitting these documents, you authorize us to review and verify them.

The Verification Badge is intended to signify that a business has completed our verification process and does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of the business’s quality, reliability, or legality. We reserve the right to grant, deny, or revoke the Verification Badge at our sole discretion.

  1. User Conduct
    You agree not to use the Services to:

Post any content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices.
Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent.
Interfere with or disrupt the Services or our servers or networks.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending content from the Services and terminating the accounts of such violators.

  1. Intellectual Property
    All content and materials on the Services, including, but not limited to, the BizNest logo, design, text, graphics, and other files, are the property of BizNest or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the content on our Services without our prior written consent.
  2. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
    THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. BIZNEST DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL BIZNEST BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICES; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

  1. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC), without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the TRNC to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
  2. Changes to the Terms
    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
